I started at Intimidator Inc. when there were 38 employees and a handful of products. Over 18 years, I held roles across the entire company -- CAD designer, project manager, marketing director, technology lead, director of business development. I was there as the company grew to 600 people and went through a major exit.
I watched firsthand what happens when a manufacturer scales. The systems that work at 30 people -- tribal knowledge, hallway conversations, spreadsheets held together by one person who knows where everything is -- those systems break. And they don't break gracefully. They break in missed shipments, quality escapes, finger-pointing, and leadership teams that spend more time firefighting than leading.
For a long time, I was the person who held it together. I built the processes, connected the dots between departments, and made sure the right information got to the right people at the right time. I did it manually because the tools didn't exist to do it any other way.
Now they do. That's why I started Kre8ive Studio.
I help manufacturers build the operational intelligence layer I wish I'd had -- connecting their existing systems, structuring their data, and putting AI to work on the problems that used to require someone like me running from meeting to meeting with a spreadsheet.
